We love running. We love encouraging all levels of running abilities. So, even if you’ve never been part of a running group or you’re nervous about coming along to give it a go, we have great news…we don’t bite!
We’re certainly NOT super-serious runners (we have a good laugh), we’re not (all) stick thin, nor do we eat floppy sticks of celery all day (ok, maybe that was my perception too - before I joined that is). We all run at different speeds and we all get along.
What’s great is that you can come along for 4 weeks before you decide if you want to join! The sessions are for BEGINNERS and IMPROVERS – if nothing else you’ll get a great workout, improve your fitness levels and most importantly, you’ll be encouraged by others.
