While a number of Harriers headed to London, 2 hardy Harriers headed to the West Coast and the once ideal holiday destination of Blackpool.
On an out and back course which resembled a route similar to Redcar half but with slighty more scenery (e.g. a big red Tower and a rollercoaster), Deb Pennick and her dad Bob Gratton enjoyed the sea air. They both managed 5.28, Bob on his debut at that distance, and Deb 2 weeks after Manchester.
Well done to all involved
